so ive been awful. i hate dieting. so this is what ive decided. im not going to count anything anymore. im just going to write down everything i eat and the exercise that i do. i know chips and chocolate bars arent healthy. thats what ive been eating. gross. so, at least for now, no counting.

food for today:

breakfast?
1 oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
2 cups of tea

lunch
falafel sanwich

dinner
tofu/mushroom/spinach curry
brown rice

snack
i bought some low fat popcorn to eat while i watch the oscars

exercise
walked 3.25 miles (for you toronto folk bloor and st george to bloor and lansdowne!)

guess who got to go to the hospital instead of going to class tonight? thats right me! acutally i got to go to 2 clinics who told me that they dont take people after 7 even though their machines said they take walkins till 9. then i got to go to the hospital. i hate hospitals especially when they're in sketchy areas of town. anyway turns out i have an eye infection. its not pink eye, just a bacterial infection that isnt pink eye. i dont know doctors can be so vague sometimes. i'm not allowed to go to school/work for the next few days and i get to drop antibiotics onto the surface of my eyeball. good times.

anyway what i really wanted to say is that i was so stressed from all of this i half convinced myself that i was entitled to eat chocolate. but i resisted and didnt buy any candy despite standing in the chocolate asile at the pharmacy for 15 minutes while my perscription was being filled.

HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY EVERYONE! what a weird world we live in that we turn to a groundhog for weather predictions. anyway on to your reglarly scheduled program.

i was wanting to put progress pics up but couldnt find any at my HW then i remembered i had a CD of photos from my brothers wedding. so here you go!

this is the closest thing to my HW. i actually gained probably 30+ more lbs )
